PMI Chennai Chapter is delighted to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the RICS–Crescent Centre of Excellence for Built Environment (CoEBE) — a transformative initiative dedicated to fostering excellence, innovation, and sustainability in the built environment sector.
The MoU was formalized during the launch event of the RICS–Crescent CoE for Built Environment, held on 19 September 2025 at Radisson Blu, Egmore, Chennai.
This landmark collaboration comes at a crucial time for India, as rapid urbanization and the vision for smart, inclusive, and resilient cities demand multidisciplinary learning and innovation. The RICS–Crescent CoEBE aims to bridge academia and industry, nurture talent, promote cutting-edge research, and drive sustainable practices across the built environment lifecycle.
PMI Chennai Chapter is proud to contribute to this mission by partnering with RICS–Crescent, reinforcing our commitment to uplifting the built environment sector through strategic outreach and impactful initiatives.
