  • Understanding the role of Primavera P6 Professional in project planning and execution

Session 2: Project Setup and Configuration 

  • Creating and managing projects in Primavera P6 Professional
  • Defining project structures (OBS & EPS) and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
  • Defining activities and sequencing Activities and developing a ‘Schedule Model’
  • Demystifying critical path, near-critical path, and multiple float paths & various types of floats

Session 3:  Resource Management and Project Costing 

  • Understanding ‘Roles and Resources’ in Primavera P6 – Managing resources at an enterprise level.
  • Assigning resources, analyzing resources and resource-constrained critical path
  • Identifying resource conflicts and resolving & optimizing the project plan
