  • The biggest hurdles I face as a project manager: Leading regulatory programs with hard deadline and with just high-level scope to start with. Needs lot of resilience to keep teams motivated till the end, to meet delivery timeline in-spite of all the change requests and undefined scope.

  • My new success mantra as a project manager: Understanding scope of program in detail along with analysis of key stakeholders, helps to sail in right direction towards the goal.
