Dr. S. Chandramouli, Ph.D., PfMP, PMP, PMI-ACP, is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIM-K). He is a Certified Global Business Leader from Harvard Business School. He is a prolific writer of business management articles dealing with technology management, delivery management, competitiveness, IT, organizational culture, and leadership.  He is certified "Green Belt" in six-sigma methodology. He is a certified master practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). He presented papers on Project Management in various international forums. His paper on "Best practices of Agile program management – SCRUM TEA Model" won an award at "Program and portfolio management Conference". Another paper titled "Strategy Based Service Model – DISCO PMO" won an award at International IT Service Management Conference. He has 30 publications in National and International Journals and conferences.

Mr. Chandramouli has a good record of delivering large-scale, mission-critical projects on time and within budget to the customer's satisfaction, which includes Blockchain technologies, AI, Bigdata analytics and machine learning projects. He implements design thinking principles across all his projects. He was an active member in PMI's Organization Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3) and Project Management Competency Development Framework (PMCDF) assignments. He has been an invited speaker at various technology and management conferences and has addressed more than 15,000 software professionals worldwide on a variety of themes associated with Blockchain, AI, machine learning, bigdata analytics, delivery management, competitiveness, and leadership.

Dr. SANKARAN VENKATARAMANI is a passionate management professional & researcher with 28+ years of rich experience in the field of Strategic operating model advisory, transformational process consulting and Leadership competency development & coaching programs. His experience spans across multiple industry domains such as Information Technology, manufacturing, engineering, services and education. Presently he is working with KPMG India as a Partner responsible for Global Delivery of Business Excellence practice solutions. Solutions range from strategic operating model improvement initiatives using Global standards & frameworks. He closely works with the Leadership team and improvement program office in providing deep consulting to align and enable achieving the Enterprise objectives. Sankaran is fluent with Global benchmarking models such as Capability Maturity Model Integration, Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprise, SCRUM Agile, People CMM, ISO 9001 & 20k, European Foundation for Quality Management, Lean 6σ & Design thinking.

Sankaran has facilitated numerous organizations in the Operating model design in-line with Organizational objectives. Spearheaded the development of solutions such as Voice of Customer, People-CMM based Competency framework services, Delivery transformation through Cognitive quality, SAFe Agile transformation, Design thinking tenets & Methods excellence based on combined frameworks.
