The event started at 9.15 AM with
- Ceremonial Welcome & Cultural Prelude by students from Tapasyamritham school of dance.
- Lighting the Lamp of Knowledgeby Chief guest : C K Kumaravel- CMD, Naturals, Rajendran Dandapani -Director Zoho corporation, Dr. Parvez Alam - Region Mentor, PMI South Asia, Viajy Narayanan -President , PMI Chennai Chapter, Dr. B.Shyam Sundar- Conference Director , VP Outreach, Vijay Mohan Gandhi- Secretary, PMI Chennai Chapter, Haribabuji Harikrishnan -VP Finance - PMI Chennai Chapter
- Presidential Perspectives– Vijay Narayanan, President, PMI Chennai Chapter - He has addressed about the PMI Chennai Chapter's journey at coimbatore in the past few years and also talked about the student clubs established in the last year. All the three PMI Chennai chapter student clubs of coimbatore -Amrita business school, Jansons business school and KCT business school club leaders were recognized at the stage.Followed by PMI Chennai Chapter's coimbatore branch inaugural event was executed. Mr.CK Kumaravel-Naturals CMD ,Rajendran Dandapani -Director, Zoho corporation inaugurated the branch on the stage along with PMI Dignitaries Dr. Parvez Alam - Region Mentor, PMI South Asia, Viajy Narayanan -President , PMI Chennai Chapter, Dr. B.Shyam Sundar- Conference Director , VP Outreach, Vijay Mohan Gandhi- Secretary, PMI Chennai Chapter, Haribabuji Harikrishnan -VP Finance - PMI Chennai Chapter.
- Regional Leadership Address– Dr. Parvez Alam, R11 Region Mentor, PMI South Asia - He addressed PMI and volunteering opportunities and growth path till Global volunteer and Board of Directors .
- Inaugural Vision Address– Thiru. C K Kumaravel, Co-founder & CMD, Naturals - Spoke about the importance of AI and how to handle it.
- Plenary Session1– Rajendran Dandapani, Director, Zoho Corporation & President, Zoho School of Learning -Talked about Co-Intelligence, Planning, Working, Managing, and Learning with AI
- Plenary Session2– Dr. Bhavani Rao, Dean, School of Social Behavioral Sciences, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham - Talked about Ethical AI.
- Plenary Session3– Parth Sangani, Product Leader, Microsoft - Talked about "After Intelligence" -on how organisations can practically leverage AI to improve team productivity, accelerate project delivery, and build smarter workflows - while staying grounded in human judgment and ethics.
- Plenary Session4– Amudha Chinnaswamy, Global Practice Head – ADM, Cognizant - AI for Project Management Function ; Project Management for AI projects
