Mr. Satyanarayanan V (Satya) is a Technology Professional, Thought Leader, Speaker, and aspiring Author with over 36 years of experience in the IT industry.

He has successfully led global teams across Engineering, Technology Support, HR, and Corporate Quality in renowned organizations like CSS Corp (now Movate), Royal Court Affairs, Oman, and CMC Ltd., India before founding his own ventures — Yashmia Consulting & Technologies and CTO Bridge Solutions.

Mr. Prem Kumar

As Co-founder and Director of OptiSol Business Solutions, Prem leads a global IT services firm with a team of 450+ professionals and offices across Chennai, Madurai, and Coimbatore. OptiSol specializes in creating human-centric, GenAI-powered digital solutions that empower organizations to innovate and scale.  Mr. Prem holds an MBA from Thiagarajar School of Management, Madurai. Outside his professional pursuits, he enjoys reading, traveling, and collecting pebbles — a hobby that mirrors his belief in finding inspiration in life’s small yet meaningful moments.

🌟 NeoKalari – Journey Through South Indian Martial Arts 

Witness an enthralling demonstration of Kalaripayattu and Silambam, two of South India’s oldest martial art forms, through an immersive session by Lavanyaa and Gladston, founders of NeoKalari.

⚔️ NeoKalari is a Chennai-based organization dedicated to promoting and preserving the ancient martial traditions of South India — including Kalaripayattu, Silambam, Nagam Pathinaru, Silat, Kuthu Varisai, and Adimurai.

⚔️  Masters in Motion – Lavanyaa & Gladston, Founders of NeoKalari

★ Ms. Lavanyaa is an Architect and trained Bharatanatyam dancer, performing since 1991 under the guidance of The Dhananjayans. Introduced to Kalaripayattu in 2000 to complement her dance training, she brings a graceful yet powerful aesthetic to her practice.

★ Mr. Gladston, CEO of Azatecon (an HRO services firm), has been passionate about martial arts since his youth. Having trained in Silambam and Kalaripayattu for over two decades, he combines discipline and mindfulness in his teaching.

 Together, they have spent 22 years mastering and teaching these art forms, emphasizing their physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. Their philosophy promotes body awareness, fitness, confidence, and inner balance — values that resonate deeply in today’s fast-paced professional world.
