This milestone event brought together 24 Project and Program Management professionals for an immersive, hands-on learning experience that demystified AI concepts and explored their practical application in project management and business transformation.

🔹 Built a strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Agentic AI, understanding their capabilities, differences, and real-world business applications.
🔹 Explored the rapidly evolving GenAI ecosystem, including tools for content creation, coding, automation, productivity, and collaboration across industries.
🔹 Learned the fundamentals of Prompt Engineering and how well-crafted prompts significantly improve AI-generated outputs by applying principles such as clarity, context, constraints, examples, and iteration.
