Women Engagement Committee, PMI Chennai chapter hosted ‘Women Greet and Meet’ event successfully for the second time in Coimbatore on 09-Dec-2023 in Bosch Campus. This Women Greet & Meet program is a testament to our commitment to supporting and uplifting women in their professional journeys. Including Chennai and Coimbatore, we have witnessed 125+ one-one mentorships in the last two years. Through meaningful mentorship, we aim to create a supportive community that empowers women to thrive in their careers and beyond.
Program Overview:
Our Women Mentoring Program is designed to facilitate mentorship connections that inspire personal and professional development. The program brings together experienced mentors with a wealth of knowledge and mentees who are eager to learn and grow.

The key aspect of this program is “Tailored Mentorship Matches” -> carefully pairs mentors and mentees based on shared interests, goals, and industry backgrounds. This ensures that each mentoring relationship is tailored to the specific needs and aspirations of the mentee.
