Brief About the Session:
The session’s objective is to make the audience understand the finer details of Agile and its principles. In today’s corporate world, a lot of the Agile fundamental are misunderstood and practiced incorrectly, leading to a lot of dilution of the Agile philosophies. Through 5 questions, this session shall interact with the audience and help them uncover and understand the basic principles of Agile. The session will follow the Question-Answer pattern to uncover the basics of Agile.
