Mr. Vijay Mohan Gandhi is a technology and delivery leader with over 25 years of experience in software engineering, delivery management, and large-scale program execution. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing teams, led complex technology initiatives, and driven operational excellence across global organizations.
At Ericsson, Vijay serves as Domain Head, leading software development and operations across multiple business units. He drives delivery excellence through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, operational governance, SLA compliance, KPI management, quality assurance, and talent development while leading distributed teams.
Vijay holds an Engineering degree and professional certifications including PMP®, PRINCE2®, ITIL®, Certified ScrumMaster® and SAFe® Agilist. He has also completed executive learning in Generative AI and Executive Data Science, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and technology leadership.
Beyond his corporate role, Vijay is an active leader in the project management profession. A PMI member since 2011 and volunteer since 2016, he contributes to governance, volunteer engagement, membership growth, and strategic initiatives that strengthen the project management community.
