Ms. Radha Somasundaram is a seasoned Program Manager with over 19+ years of experience in the automotive embedded software domain. A PMP®‑certified professional, she specializes in leading complex global programs, driving Agile adoption, and ensuring delivery excellence in ADAS systems.
She has played a key role in defining global strategies for ISO 26262 tool classification qualification for the VCU domain, while strengthening project governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment. Recognized for her leadership, Radha has received multiple “Women Achiever – Extra Mile” awards.
Passionate about capability building, she actively contributes to the project management community through mentoring, training, and knowledge sharing, championing the growth of future‑ready project professionals.
