Strategic quality specialist with over 20 years of multi-cultural experience including over 1 year of entrepreneurial experience in managing end-to-end project life cycle methodologies such as Agile, Hybrid/Waterfall, Product Management, Support and BPO standards defined under the process framework. Growing from developer to Test Manager, played key roles in the areas of software development and processes. As a Senior Manager in Quality, predominantly helped organizations achieve ISO certifications (QMS, AIMS, HSE, OH&S), and CMMi L5 (DEV & SVC) appraisals. With leadership roles and as primary SEPG member and qualified Lead Auditor of ISO 9001, 20000, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, successfully implemented Quality Systems and ensured continual improvements in Delivery as well as Support Functions. The companies have benefitted from reduced cost, enhanced customer satisfaction, while managing risks and security.
As a volunteer with PMICC for about 5 years now, participated in the project Puthri and Kalvi40 initiatives of the chapter. Always actively contributed to Sangamam conferences and KSS sessions. Recently, as an AVP of WEC, helped in the achievement of the WEC goals, encouraging and mentoring other enthusiastic volunteers to work as a TEAM to achieve MORE.
