Refreshingly, after two years of the pandemic, the Professional Development restarted the face-to-face knowledge sharing session on May 28 along with the curtain-raiser event to mark the 20th Anniversary celebrations of PMI Chennai Chapter.

Prof. G N Radhakrishnan, the Visiting Faculty at IIM, Vizag and Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai, talked about “Anger Management”, where he demystified our emotions and laid out some practice steps to regulate them. A fun-filled yet an eye-opener session from the professor.

It is dual KSS in June. We had back to back knowledge sharing sessions - the regular monthly one and the other from our E&C Forum – on June 25.

Thulsiram Govindan, SME Gas Insulated Substations, made the substation topic and the power of Gas Insulated Substation very interesting even to the non-E&C member. Remarkably, he closed his presentation with ‘Words of Wisdom’. Almost every participant would agree how interesting the session was. A great listening to Thulsiram.

Prem Kumar, Co-Founder & Director, OptiSol Business Solution, shared his life-lessons and experiences of being an entrepreneur in his “Entrepreneurial Mindset” talk. He packed a lot of knowledge and real-life stories along with some great books to read slide after slide. It was an exceptionally phenomenal session from Prem.
