Karthick Nivas Ramdoss
Strategy Manager, PMI
Karthick received the Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow in 2016 and the Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur in 2012. He was certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) in 2020.
He currently works in the role of a Strategy Manager with the Project Management Institute and is based out of Mumbai, India. His current responsibilities include supporting enterprise transformation at PMI by launching new internal initiatives, supporting executives globally with go-to-market planning and working on key strategic partnerships.
Karthick was previously a management consultant at Alvarez & Marsal and he has also worked with organizations like Merck and Flipkart. He has experience in performance improvement, transformation and M&A advisory in Education & EdTech, Industrial Equipment, Logistics, Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals and eCommerce. He was bestowed the Academic Excellence Award from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur in 2011.
Jacob Varghese
Head-Enterprise Accounts and Disciplined Agile Partner Enablement, PMI
Jacob is presently working with Project Management Institute (PMI) as Head-Enterprise Accounts and Disciplined Agile Partner Enablement. In this capacity he is responsible for outreach and advocacy of project management and Disciplined Agile with organizations across the country.
Jacob has progressive experience across varied roles in IT industry. Jacob started his career with TCS and then moved to Avaya Global Connect Ltd, a subsidiary of Avaya Inc as Head – Business development.
Jacob has a degree in Civil Engineering followed by MBA from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
He is a regular speaker in various Industry forums and is passionate about project Management.
