Coimbatore has been a key hub for Project Management Institute Chennai Chapter, we conducted a Networking and Knowledge Sharing Session (KSS) at Coimbatore, on Saturday, the 9th of December 2023 at Bosch Global Software Technologies campus.
The event started with #Networking and High Tea. Mr. Amit Kumar, Senior Director, #BGSW welcomed the participants on behalf of the hosting organization.
Bhuvana Sundar Soorappaiah, Vice President (Outreach) introduced the audience to Project Management Institute, its Chennai Chapter and our various initiatives to an audience of close to 60 Leaders and Project Management Practitioners from across the region.
This was followed by Cake Cutting to celebrate the successful conduct of our Project Management Institute South Asia Conference at Chennai, #PMSAC23 in September this year, as well as PMI Chennai being the Finalist at this year’s Global Chapter of the Year Awards.
The crowning moment of the event was the enlightening session on “Building Strong Connections” by Mr. Rakesh Menon, who emphasized on the importance of Networking & Communication to the audience.
Our Corporate & Academia partners from Coimbatore region, as well as the heartbeats of our Chapter in the region – our #Volunteers, were felicitated by our chapter Vice Presidents (Board Members) – Sivaram Athmakuri-VP, Finance, Dr B Shyam Sundar- VP,Technology and Bhuvan -VP Outreach.
The event concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Narayanan Chandrasekaran, Global Program Manager, CoC – V&V as well as Lead, Community of Practice – PM at BGSW, and a key PMI Volunteer from Bosch, Coimbatore.
The flow of events was flawlessly anchored by the #MC, KavyaR (She/Her).
