PMI Chennai Chapter's Kovai Sangamam 2025 Conference: Nurturing Future Leaders:
Coimbatore, January 2025 – The PMI Chennai Chapter's first flagship conference of Kovai Sangamam 2025 was held at The Grand Regent, Coimbatore on 25 Jan 2025 focusing on the theme "Nurturing Future Leaders: Cultivating Effective Leadership." The conference drew around 300+ delegates across corporates and Academia which includes industry experts, thought leaders, professionals, faculties and students .This conference attracted 175+ virtual participation across various educational institutions
The event commenced with an invocation song accompanied by Tamil Thai Vaazhthu and a vibrant cultural performance. Mr.Parvez Alam, President of the PMI Chennai Chapter, set the context for the event, emphasizing the importance of Project Management as a skill. Following this, Mr.Prasanna Sampathkumar, Region Mentor for PMI South Asia, and Vivek Mishra, Head of Marketing for PMI South Asia, delivered insightful addresses.
The inaugural chief guest address were delivered by Mr. Sivarajah Ramanathan, CEO of Tamil Nadu Startup & Innovation Mission (StartupTN) followed by Guest of honour address were delivered by Mr. Naved Narayan, VP Mobility Solutions, R&D Head at Bosch Global Software Technologies Coimbatore.
