Anu is an Engineering Program management leader, leading strategic initiatives across global cross-functional teams. Currently working as Senior Engineering Program Manager in Fintech, driving AIML compliance initiatives in a matrix organization, covering a wide range of automation, ML models and platform integrations. She has diversified project/program management experience in IT programs, automotive industry, and product development. Specialized in handling regulatory change management programs catering to various global regulatory needs, platform level AIML integrations, automation involving ML
models, GenAI based model roll outs. Anu is PMP certified and holds 'Executive education certificate on Product Management' from Indian School of Business(ISB). In addition, holds 'Post Graduation Program on Business Analytics and Business Intelligence' (PGPBABI) from Great Lakes. She has graduated from enterprise-level leadership programs offered to top talents like 'Emerging Leadership Program' & 'Unity Sponsorship Program' from PayPal, 'Conscious Women Program' from Shenomics and 'Insight Leadership Program' from Ford Motors.

Had won the 'Change Champion Award' for two consecutive years from PayPal for leading organizational initiatives. Passionate to volunteer to mentor women on leadership, returning to work, and transition to project/program management roles through various forums like 'Shenomics', 'PMI Chennai chapter-WEC' and more. Anuradha Rao (Anu) began her career in the BPO industry in the early 2000s, gaining extensive experience across operations and financial reporting, working with companies like eServe, Hewlett Packard, Mckinsey & Company. Her natural, people-centric approach set her apart, and she took on opportunities to conduct training for her teams on a variety of topics. Recognizing her passion for people development, Anu transitioned into a full-time career in Learning and Development, seizing the opportunity to align her strengths with her professional path. Along the journey, she also earned a formal degree from XLRI, solidifying her expertise in human resources. Today, Anu is an accomplished HR Business Partner at a leading multinational organization, adeptly balancing the needs of both people and business while driving strategic organizational success.
