Celebrating 20 Years
PMI Chennai Chapter organized Volunteers Meet to thank all the Past Board Members and Chapter Volunteers for their extraordinary service and countless hours of selfless contribution for building a solid foundation for the PMI Chennai Chapter. The Meeting was held at Hablis Hotels, Chennai on 18th June 2022.
The Meet-up was a huge success with the presence of 100+ participants (Past Board members and Volunteers). The Board thanked and recognized all the past board members and volunteers individually for their hard work and paramount contribution with a memento.
Mr. Vijay Narayanan (Secretary, PMI Chennai Chapter) kick started the event with a vibrant welcome note and followed by a fun full Quick Recap of 20 years Journey in the form of Quiz by Mr. Karthik Ramamurthy (Member - PMI Ethics Insight Team)
Mr. Parvez Alam (President) delivered an insightful president address and introduced the Current Board, Extended Board, Advisory Group, Women Empowerment Committee to the members. He also highlighted the various Awards and Recognitions received by PMI Chennai Chapter.
Mr. Mohamed Aslam Ashraff (Vice President, Volunteers Development) shared the details about the various Volunteering opportunities and also the new Volunteer Programs planned for the Chapter.
The event was graced by the all the past board members and volunteers specially with the insightful talk from Mr. Prasanna Sampathkumar (Regional Mentor, PMI South Asia Chapters), Mr. Karthik Ramamurthy Member (Member - PMI Ethics Insight Team), Mr. Chandrasekaran Avdivaragan (Past Youth & Social Impact Regional Advisor for Region 9) and Mr. Visukumar Gopal (Youth and Social Impact Region Advisor for Region 11) who spoke about their volunteering journey with Chennai Chapter.
